Welcome to Microsoft’s free mail-back program provided by Reverse Logistics Group Americas, Inc. (RLGA). RLGA will ensure recycling and disposal of eligible products* are performed in an environmentally sound manner that complies with all governmental laws and regulations.
You may use this program to return Microsoft eligible products.*
In certain states you may use this program to return products from other manufacturers.**
In addition, if you reside in New York State, and if you purchased a new Microsoft eligible product*, you may return the same type of equipment of any brand provided you can provide a proof of purchase for the new Microsoft product.
Microsoft and its partner RLGA are not responsible for data that remain on equipment returned through this program. Once you return eligible products via this program, you relinquish and waive all ownership interests in the products and they are not returnable to you under any circumstances.
Prior to returning equipment under this program, it is your responsibility to back up or transfer any data on the hard drive or other storage devices and to delete any remaining data on any internal hard drives of the returned devices. Additionally, it is recommended that you check and confirm that no data remains on the devices prior to using this program. Microsoft and its partner, RLGA disclaim any and all liability for any claim made by you, based on your use of this program.

SHIPPING A PRODUCT CONTAINING A RECHARGEABLE BATTERY:
If the product you are shipping through this program contains a rechargeable battery, the battery MUST remain contained within the product. If the battery is not operational, AND has evidence of damage, or appears to be swollen, corroded, punctured, or leaking, then the battery must be removed from the product and it cannot be shipped through this program due to US shipping regulations.

Important: If you are wishing to return a product which has a cracked or broken display screen or has any sign of visible leakage, please send an email to microsoftmailback@rlgamericas.com for assistance.
